Organic Transitional Kitchen

This kitchen was designed to feel timeless, warm, and quietly refined—where modern function meets natural beauty. The foundation is a classic transitional layout, elevated with organic elements that soften the space and make it feel inviting rather than stark. Warm wood cabinetry and wide-plank flooring introduce depth and character, while the soft, neutral palette keeps the room light and enduring. The painted island adds a subtle contrast and anchors the space without overpowering it, creating a natural gathering point for everyday living and entertaining. Clean lines, thoughtfully layered textures, and simple, sculptural lighting ensure the design feels current yet familiar—an intentional balance that allows the kitchen to age gracefully while supporting real, lived-in use.

Modern Contemporary Bathroom

This bathroom was designed with a focus on clean simplicity and high contrast, creating a space that feels modern, calm, and intentionally curated. A restrained palette of warm wood, crisp white, and matte black establishes a strong architectural foundation, while subtle texture adds depth without visual clutter. The herringbone tile introduces movement and craftsmanship, balancing the sleek black-framed shower and minimalist fixtures. Natural wood tones soften the modern lines, preventing the space from feeling cold and reinforcing a sense of warmth and approachability. Every element was selected for both function and visual clarity, resulting in a bathroom that feels elevated, timeless, and effortlessly livable.

Mid-Century Modern

Entertaining Area

This lower-level living space is designed as a cohesive, multifunctional retreat that balances warmth, sophistication, and comfort. The bar, TV area, and reading nook work together through a consistent material palette and thoughtful layering, creating a space that feels intentional and inviting rather than segmented. The concept centers on an organic warmth — combining deep, earthy greens with rich walnut wood tones, soft greige walls, and warm brass accents. The result is a refined yet relaxed environment that feels elevated but approachable. Texture plays a key role: woven elements, soft textiles, natural wood grain, and subtle tile patterns provide depth without visual clutter.
